Ürün Tanımı

This product utilizes high-purity molybdenum disilicide (MoSi₂) alloy, manufactured through precision processes including powder metallurgy molding and high-temperature sintering. It offers a wide power range of 300W-3000W and a maximum temperature resistance of 1800°C, stably meeting the long-term high-temperature operation requirements of equipment.
The spiral structure design combines practicality and adaptability: It significantly expands the heating surface area, allowing heat to spread quickly and evenly within the equipment cavity, avoiding problems such as uneven drying and material scorching caused by localized temperature differences. Furthermore, the compact spiral shape precisely fits the limited installation space of small equipment, allowing for direct assembly without cavity modification, lowering the barrier to entry. In terms of performance, it's optimized for drying and roasting applications: The power range of 300W-3000W can be flexibly adjusted based on material characteristics (such as traditional Chinese medicine, ceramic blanks, and electronic components). This ensures precise temperature control for low-temperature, slow drying while meeting the efficient heating requirements of high-temperature roasting. Even at temperatures up to 1800°C, a dense SiO₂ protective film automatically forms on the component surface, effectively insulating it from oxidative corrosion, extending its service life and reducing equipment downtime and maintenance.

It is widely used in applications such as laboratory small-batch material drying, industrial small-batch ceramic roasting, and high-temperature pretreatment of electronic components, providing stable and efficient heating support for equipment, helping to improve material processing efficiency and product qualification rates.
